Budget build

Hi all. Newcomer to the forum. I love the video reviews and finally got a chance to stop by and post something.

I'll be getting a decent tax return this year. My wife and I decided that we could spend around $950 on a new computer. I'll be ripping my HDDs out of my current rig and giving to to the in-laws. So I came up with a decent build for $925 and leaving $25 for the shipping. I have my heart set on 3 items in the build and will not change them.

I chose the best case I could find under $50. My wife chose the monitor. And of course I'll be building it around the new i5 2500K.

Please take a look at this and let me know what you guys think. Thanks in advance.

Cooler Master HAF 912 $49.99

ASRock P67 Extreme4 $152.99

EVGA GTX 460 SE $159.99

Antec 650W PSU $119.99

Intel Core i5 2500k 3.3GHz $224.99

Corsair 4GB DDR3 1600 $39.99

LG DVD Burner $16.99

Cooler Master Hyper 212 $29.99

4x 120mm fans $15.96

Hanns•G 18.5" $94.99

Ditch the GTX 460 SE and get a normal 1GB 460, since the 460 SE is around 10% slower than the normal version. It's even slower than the 768GB version, when both are running at stock speeds at resolutions below 1080p

Instead of the Asrock, for that price, there are some better alternatives, like the gigabyte ud3 or an msi or intel motherboard. They would definitley have better customer support and high quality parts.

gigabyte all the way when it comes to mobo 460 is good price and 10 year warrenty but i prefer the look of the msi cyclone myself or the gigabyte SOC

I've done a little reworking using combos that I hope is still around when I finally go to build.
