Bubbles

Is it normal that after nearly 4 weeks of using my watercooled rig that im still getting some bubbles?
Does it matter if i have like 3-4 bubbles in my CPU block?
They seem to form when i've turned off my computer and left it overnight.

Did you try bleeding the case? You have to disrupt the bubbles otherwise they will just sit there.
Initially, i did 'bleed' the whole loop, when i built it. When i started using it, it was completely bubble free.
I tilted the case towards me, from me, to the right of me, to the left; there seemed to be no bubbles when i did that earlier :S

its not uncommon for some to get dislodged after the bleeding process. Just rinse and repeat the aforementioned steps and they should work themselves out

Try this for an hour or so until you think the bubbles have gotten out or until they do come out.

Do you have a res that is likely to recirculate the bubbles? E.g. some of the XSPC combined pump/res.

This. Some res are really prone to this. Mine is "ok" as it stands right now as the in pipe (to the res) is high up, whereas the "out" pipe is low. So, bubbles get expelled into the air space at the top of the res. To improve this I also have a baffle thing I can fit in the res which reduces the chance of bubbles being recirculated even more. FYI it's a tall cylindar res, so this is easy to do. The bay res make things a litle more tricky.

As you run a loop, you'll often get the odd bubble come through, but the res should bleed this out for you in effect. I re-plumbed my loop a couple of days ago - just testing something - and it was pretty much bubble free after 10 minutes. However, I use QDC's to isolate parts of my loop so it's a little easier.

Scoob.

Has the fluid level dropped in any significant way?

If you have res in and pump out in the same end of a tube res,you need to use a jet tube or,as already mentioned,a baffle to distance them apart, this stops recirculation of dislodged air.
