Bsod

Hi,

I'm getting a BSOD 0x00000101 when playing supreme commander but BF3 is stable and prime95 appear to be stable for 1 hour so far, this can happen 1 minuet to 2 hours into the game. I have only had a BSOD in this game.

Just sounds like an unstable overclock. 1 hour prime95 is no where near enough to ensure that a system is stable enough. 24 + would be desired.

even 50 hours prime (or ibt) aren't enough to ensure stability.
the everyday use is the ultimate test for stability

slap a couple o'steps of vcore in it and retest..

Its not always enough to raise vcore on the 3930k.Vccio(qpi/vtt) and vccsa could also need a little tweak.

I turned it down to 4.5ghz and seems good played for 4 hours no bsod.
Slightly lower temps and what's the performance difference between 4.6 and 4.5Ghz?

it's no worth going further , 4.5Ghz is great for 24/7 use.
