BSOD issues with GPU

This typically only happens when I am exiting a game after playing it for awhile, only had it happen twice during a game. Never had this issue a month ago but now it appears to be doing it pretty regularly. Temps don't get above 75c so should be good there. I have Avast running and have used malware bytes and nothing came up.

Running:
I5-4690K(Not OC)
Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 7
Gigabyte 290X
16GB DDR3
Thermaltake Gold 750w

I was able to screenshot on of the BSOD:

Also been getting some driver failures: https://www.dropbox.com/s/q5dd8s3wpjhk9qa/errors.txt?dl

I've tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them and the same issues occur.

Any help is greatly appreciate.

What drivers are you running and when/how did you update them?

That BSOD happened to me before with my old AMD card after some heavy gaming with my big overclock. I fixed it with a bump in voltage but that was only after I was certain the drivers weren't playing up.

I'm ruuning the most up to date drivers off AMDs site, I made sure to uninstall the previous drivers before loading the new ones. I tried running last time without the HWMoniter running and it didn't crash, however I will give it a more thorough test tonight.

Yes, even AMD recommends using that when removing their drivers now. It gets bits and bobs that can get left behind and can cause issues when the new driver is installed. Also, don't use the monitoring software for a while and see how that goes.

Ok I will uninstall the drivers that way and reinstall them. However been running without the monitoring software and haven't had a single issue, seems like that was the issue.
