I don't know how to read dump files but you could use something like BlueScreenView to analyze them which may point you in the right direction. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
Ive tried the program "who's crashed and it said something to do which a "system file" and went into no more depth than that
EDIT: ive just tried that program and its telling me its to do with ntoskrnl.exe

open a CMD window, and run chkdsk /r /f on your SSD, I think you've got some file corruption. As it's your system drive it'll tell you it can't be locked and checked right now, so press Y to schedule it for your next reboot.

Tried swapping ram yet? BSODs are caused by unstable systems, have you been overclocking your cpu or ram lately? You could also try running memtest to check if the ram is OK.

i've just done a disk check and nothing so far
I have also tried one ram module and then swapped it over still no luck
I've realised now if i try and extract files from win rar it will either bsod or shut down

Try with single ram sticks, see if you can replicate the fault. Also run memtest to see how your memory is holding up. I'd also consider reinstalling windows to rule out OS problems.
