Hello peeps.
I have came home following my exam's today and as my new PSU arrived yesterday I was doing some
cable management as you do. When all was back together my house mate came in and saw everything
for the first time. So I went to show him the Storm Trooper's built in fan controller and realised it
was dead!!!
I mean WTF!!! Ive had this case for 5 weeks maximum, surely I should not be having issues already. I have
done some continuity testing with my multimeter but I am not to clued up about the whole procedure but
I can say its definitely a problem on the controller pcb and not any connecting wires.
But I guess these things happen, I'm not blaming Cooler Master as generally I am completely happy
with the product, before this I have had no problems.
So I have started this thread in the hope that someone on here can talk me through the
experiences they have had with getting things fixed with Cooler Master. preferably in the UK
as this is where I am
The built in fan controller was one of the reasons why I got the case so I am not just going to leave it.
(Oh if it helps I got it from Amazon, and I have the proof of purchase and all that goof stuff
)
And this will be the first time EVER that I will have sent anything back to a manufacturer which is why
I know nothing of how this stuff work's
.
