It sucks that there are no nearby stores. They should accept it back without any hassle.

WELL THEY HAVE SENT ME A RMA NUMBER SO THATS GOOD. caps off. flipping mum leaving caps on. yea the shop was crap. the worst thing was the staff. they had a pillar with peripherals hanging off it and you werent allowed to lift any of the items off it. they had to do it for you. they were also rude like the ones that know everything. i went in one day asking for a certain product and he start off on one at me saying why would you need that thats silly etc. i felt like telling him to stuff his tp link dongle up his rectum. not surprised they are gone myself.

Hahahaha, If their customer service was any good, they may have had a chance. Good to hear you're making some progress on the RMA.

there was a shop a few mins away but they shut down. they were the kind of shop that sold a gt 550 as a high end card lol.

I remember going into Maplin a few years ago and seeing the GTS450 sold as a high end model which made me laugh, but it's understandable, anybody with any interest in tech is going to buy online anyway, so there wouldn't be much demand in store, and they're expensive purchases to buy if nobody is going to buy them in-store
