Right this is a bit complicated to explain so ill try my best:
I got an old pc just so I could muck about with it and stuff, it had an old 20GB HDD in it with Windows ME installed, I put an 80GB HDD into the pc instead of the 20GB but it wouldnt boot the windows disk so i put the 20 back in leaving the 80 in also, booted up Windows ME and installed it onto the 80 through that way, now XP is installed on the 80 I took the 20 out but it won't boot it just sits at "Verifying DMI Pool Data" mid boot.
It does boot onto Windows XP if I stick the 20 back in tho which is very confusing!
Basicly:
The 80GB HDD with windows on it won't boot unless i have the 20GB HDD in the system aswell
WTF? lol
Please help
