Does anybody know where a good place (preferably online) is to buy protein supplements for Musclemeds? I don't want to buy from GNC because they don't seem cheap, my arse buy one get a second for a penny...you added the price of another tub onto the one your paying for!

As for pictures of yourself...give me a little time. I've built my arms and shoulders up a bit more but I've not been training legs and tbh I don't want to. Whenever I train legs I always buy myself some Armani jeans or something and then I can't fit in them, or rip my Calvin Kleins! But I want to start training my chest a little more. The only pic was from a year ago on instagram.com/shaunbates91, that's my arms at 14", tensed slightly though after doing an arm workout. ;P

But when I do I don't huuh lol.

He actually looks ok, his upper body isn't out of proportion.

I just bought some Carnivor from the supplementstore, seems a good website and has all the products in the world on there.
CARNIVOR! http://musclemedsrx.com/products/carnivor

Edit: Hey MrKambo, I'm still waiting for a pic of dat ass! (nohomo)
Edit 2: I trained shoulders last night, in beast mode. Being aggressive really does work, if I can carry it on it'll do better than having a training partner lol.

looks ridiculous!

Leg Day & Back Day, most important part of training, your legs support your entire body, and your back, supports that massive chest you want!

every 3 months i need to renew my wardrobe which few new t-shirts and couple of pair of jeans, but thats a small price to pay to eventually maybe someday hopefully with some kind of voodoo

have quads like Kai

LOL, I'm not saying I DON'T train legs. But right now I've laid off it because I've just spent a fortune on shorts. I tried on some jeans two weeks ago from Canada that were about £150 and they are too tight, that annoys me. I've got some nice Armani ones, my favourites that are bodering on not being able to wear them and I only bought them in December.

But my legs are of decent size so they'll do. It might do me good until I figure out what to do about the pain in my stomach I get, the doctor didn't say jack shit about it, so I've laid off Deadlifts.

Lol at the "I heard her boyfriend doesn't train legs".

Good that Tom,

Another good squat exercise is to do it on a smith, and put the bench between your legs...when you've squated down and you're SAT on the bench, pause for a couple of seconds then stand back up...it's pretty damn hard.

Those machines at Tom's gym are the same as those in the gym I worked in, some of them don't go heavy enough. DW has good kit.

Edit: Have a pic of Tom Platz, the best legs ever...

Did some chest and bicep training today but felt like I only gave 60% today. I am coughing like an old hag and can't even breath properly, it didn't exactly feel good but I know it would feel worse if I missed a training day.

Edit: I'm running low on my protein shake, do you guys have any suggestions on what should I get next. It must be high in protein (preferably >75g/100g) and must taste good, now my current whey already satisfies these and I am looking for one that is also filling for atleast 2 hours)

Hey maniac, I recommend CNP Proffesional Chocolate, lovely taste but there are a few more cals in it than other shakes. MaxiMuscle is ok to, but I feel MaxiMuscle is kind of the 'standard protein'.

I've got Musclemeds BEEF protein being delivered today, fruit punch flavour so I will let you know what it's like. Not the cheapest out there though at £45 on supplementstore for less than 2kg.

Edit, did biceps alone last night, I need to measure them again, they've grown again I'm sure. Triceps are still hurting from a couple of days ago. :(

Musclemeds just got delivered, free copy of musclemag whatever that is. Never heard of it, I only get FLEX.

Kai on next months US edition.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKmahNhWmo8

This is my 3rd set, think that was 85KG, today i managed to get a 1RM of 110KG which im really happy about, i would have filmed that but i rather a spot than a video of me 1RM'in

your thoughts would be much appreciated

Good video, one thing I see which makes me feel like I squat wrong, is when people squat they go to the floor really quick, it doesn't look controlled.

Mr. Kambo, when you squat are you controlling the weight down or are you dropping quick under the weight? Just I control mine, I can squat quick but it doesn't look like my knees are going to give way. Let me know.

Just think slowing it down will benefit you more, and cut your chance of injury in half.

Also has anyone tried the different position squats other than just the toes pointed out slightly method, like feet together, feet out wide apart etc. Just wondering what people benefited from, never really tried them myself.

I'll probably post some pics of myself, I was told yesterday by a couple of people I've beefed up more, I'm fairly happy with my body but I don't like taking pics of it and stuff tbh. Because I feel I'm not in a position to do it unless I look like MR. O :\
