Have you disabled the 'Auto-Restart on BSOD' option... simple google will show you how....

next time it does it, take note of the stop code on the blue screen..again, google will help.

in the meantime though, check all your connections, re-seat ram, etc....

Knowing what the screen says would indeed be helpful.

I'm assuming you've tried turning your overclocks down?

Thanks for the replies people, I didn't manage to get a look at the error code when it blue screened on me but now I have disabled the auto restart function next time it does it I will make sure I get it.

Ironically it won't blue screen for love nor money now which I know is a good thing but I really want to know what has been causing the issue.

Also I have not messed with the overclocks yet as the machine is only 9 months old so I'm hoping that I don't have to turn the overclock down.

Happened again.

So my comp blue screened again, here is an image of the blue screen:

Firstly, get rid of the overclocks to see if they're the problem. They likely are.

Also, adding to what others are saying, in the event that the overclocks aren't the issue, check the Windows Event viewer to see if there are any critical errors in the log before the BSOD. That'll tell you if a specific driver is crashing and taking the whole system along with it.

Hi all, sorry I've not got back again I've been busy with work, I downloaded a blue screen viewer and found that it was ntoskrnl.exe that was crashing, I also found a lot of people had been having problems with anti virus software, so I downloaded malware bytes and ran that, it found12 infected files so I got rid of them and I haven't had a blue screen since.

I will keep you updated as to whether it starts happening again.
