Blizzard plans to deliver level-scaling to all of World of Warcraft's old content

It will leave even larger areas untouched because you can stay in an area for longer, the quests that get left in Westfall and Redridge because you out level them, I could see Elwyn forest, Westfall, Duskwood, STV and Swamp of Sorrows getting you to level 60 considering how easy they made it to level, get a character fitted in Hierloom gear and you can solo dungeons
