Whos pre-ordered / getting Black Ops II

What do you think of gameplay trailers etc..

I think it looks a bit shit tbh.
Only seen the first trailer, but I really didnt like the whole man vs machines kind of thing.

CODs just got a bit boring to me. I only really played it on xbox with mates cause it was a laugh then. Never got into the serious side on PC tbh

I'll probably buy it, just to play with friends. The first trailer didn't look good to me, however. The lip syncing was out and the graphics didn't look good at all. I know that it would only have been in Alpha stages at the time, but if you're making a cinematic trailer, you'd think they'd put some more effort in.
I'm one for gun on gun battles, so the thought of the 'Hunter Killer' drones fills me with dread.

Planetside 2 on the other hand is a decent looking game, BETA is going well and its really good TBH, different but samey to COD BF3 and others rolled into one

I have pre-ordered it. Only buying it for zombies mainly. Getting it on xbox as most of my friends are on there. Might buy it on pc too.

I've never played a COD multiplayer, BF series all the way for me

Only one I can recommend is CoD4 only because of Promod in it. Apart from that they're all bad

Yeah I remember CoD 4... Good times. The game was actually good back then!

I never played CoD4.
Started on PC with WaW - played a little on that, but due to it not having Steam cloud or any online storage, if I had to reinstall windows for any reason - even uninstall the game I went back to level 1. So I quickly got bored of it as I was never gunna be able to get to a decent level and it was just going to be a waste
I then bought my mates RROD xbox off him for £20, fixed it, and played mainly on that on MW2 with mates - just cause it was fun
Then just before MW3 came out, we spent about a week doing WAW xbox Zombies and probably the most fun I've ever had on video games at the end of 4 hour zombie sessions Then MW3 came out, played that on xbox for a month or so before I got too angry for it as the game was giving me reverse lag-compensation terribly and I've been put off all the COD series since then.

Now after getting in PC gaming again - and playing properly on K&M I find it too hard to go back to xbox for it.

I think CoD is a game best left for xbox and ps3. It's a good laugh playing with mates, but just too...childish in a way to enjoy playing on your own

That's why we're playing BF3 in the mean time!

And already played BF3, although might have to re-install I'm feeling some FPS action coming on
