Unless COD 6 benefits RDNA 4 more than RDNA 3, the 9070 non-XT is surprisingly fast here. COD 6 favours AMD more, so the 7900 XT is faster than a 4080 Super. But if COD 4 doesn't favour RDNA 4 over RDNA 3, that's really impressive. While the 4080 Super could still beat the 7090 in other games, it's still a really good showing especially with early drivers.

Well, it can hardly be worse than Nvidia's 50 series. They put all of their eggs in the upscaling and fake frames basket and they want us to be impressed. AMD really can't afford to screw this up, though. Which will mostly come down to pricing.

Indeed. None of their charts include any raster whatsoever.

Problem is like all of Nvidias other specialty items like Physx and etc is getting people to code for it. And history denotes that doesn't happen. Nvidia could have achieved that by getting their GPUs into consoles but didn't, and thus hardly any one wants one payday over several or will spend tons of money adding PC features.

Which is why their benchmarks are all limited to just that and some of it old AF like Far Cry 6.
