Bitspower Water Tank Z Multi 150 LEAKING

Hello all, I am planning and building my first custom water loop. I have purchased a few parts already and decided to test the pump (Swiftech MCP35B) because It has bought second hand. I set up a test loop with just the res (Bitspower Water Tank Z Multi 150 ) and the pump. I am using Bitspower 3/8 compression fittings and 3/8 ID 1/2 OD tubing. After setting everything up and filling the res with water I noticed a small leak which I thought was coming from a compression fitting not being tight enough. I drained the liquid and tightened everything and then refilled the res. Again a small leak, I took a closer look and the water was coming from a small pin hole in the center of the bitspower logo on the three port cap.

Is this normal? I was under the impression that this reservoir can be used in any configuration including upside down or vertical.

Nope it isnt normal. Ask seller how the RMA works there..

There was a misunderstanding with the folks at Bitspower. It must have been the language difference. I have started the RMA with Bitspower.
