Bios problems again

Alright guys,
Have some problems getting into the bios on a biostar ta970.
I can boot into windiws and that fine but cannot get in to the bios.
The post screen spills over the viewing area of my monitor and dosent display any post Information at all and when I attempt to access the bios by hitting delete the system just freezes up with a black screen, no errors or anything.
CPU, memory, GPU and HDD all compatible with the board, cleared the CMOS still no joys.
Any idea what's going on here? The board and bios where fine a few weeks ago when I had them in my own right but now they have been moved into another one this has happened.
Cheers for any and all help guys.

If you get problems try to get to BIOS from a full shut down cycle (not restart)

wait for your monitor to light up or your mouse & KB if you have LED versions then smash delete

If it still doesnt work then Im all out of ideas

This might be a long shot but is your delete button, in with the num pad, or buy the regular keys ? As on mine, it is in the num pad, and for me to enter the BIos, for the first time, I had to turn the num lock off, so the delete button would work, and then in the Steelseries engine, I have to turn the num lock, on post function to off.

Have you tried pressing whatever F key gets into your boot sequence, and try to enetr the Bios from there ? ( Or try every F key until one does something ? )

I`ve had this happen to me on a top-end mobo; my keyboard was not being recognised upon which I used another one and got into bios. Also unplug all other usb devices
