Hi guys, I recently got a DFI Infinity Dark P965 and E6600 with 4 gig of ram For a bargain price. As i wanted a cheaper 775 MB for some benching and a Dice setup.
But I want to upgrade the bios on the motherboard. However I dont have a Floppy drive.
After reading up on the board alot of people just use win flash :/. I tried winflash but when selecting the new bios from my computer win flash says that the bios size does not match the mainboard bios.
So I am a little lost with it.
I think i can flash the bios by changing a setting in the bios so it registers a USB drive as a USB FDD. and it should be able to flash it that way. But Will I get the same error, or will I just Brick the whole MB lol
