well it is done £430 from overclockers uk

i will have it for 2 days and it is off to be vmod

i have spent the extra cash on the bfg mainly becuse i want a card that has been bin'ed with good chips

this is not always the case with cheaper cards as i have found in the past

so let the fun begin:D

Does anyone no what water blocks will fit these new cards?

AFAIK any block that fits the 512MB 7800GTX's - will fit these beauties, I am confident in this fact as I have just ordered my blocks and Mr Stanbridge himself has ordered some Aqua units to try out.

(Edited for truth!) :)

Well 7900gtx all ready i have a pair of BFG 7800 gtx 512 will be interesting to see how they compare againt each other and there a lot cheaper too !

I have read at the same clocks the scores were virtually the same:( but im sure when you start to overclock them they will come into there own!!

I've got a BFG 7900GTX running on the stock heatsink/fan and just used coolbits to auto detect an overclock - it comfortably runs at 692/1752 (stock is 670/1640). To compare with the 7800GTX which was overclocked and on water, that was running at 500/1300!

come on phil we need some scores, any reviews out yet compared to a x1900xt-x? I think ill wait for the g80's my self though which is iirc only 2-3 months away ? Also from what iv read the x1900xt-x "should" still beat the 7900gtx and its a lot cheaper almost by £60 - £100

Phil
