It should have been fixed in the most recent patch if i remember right from when i read the patch notes when it was first announced, and they also fixed mav road kills so it also kills the mav most of the time iirc.
I LOVED playing in hardcore servers and sniping the mav as peopled tried to surf them up to the top of buildings... 80% of the time they died from the fall
Its not like me to TK on purpose but people who abuse glitches deserve it TBH.
