tbh,you fell easy,due to the fact there were no recons with soflam up,any air map can be forced under control by spamming soflam/javelins(440 ish jav kills,most on choppers,I know it works

),trouble is most recon's seem to think they are a one man army(I know the points are broke for soflam,)But the only way to win is to TEAMPLAY.

You dont even need to play regularly tbh,you just need to make sure everyone thinks for a moment before spawn and remembers which map you are playing at the time(javs aint gonna help on Metro or Bazaar,but anywhere else they can work,as long as the wookies put down soflams,hell,they can just drop them and leave,not like they have to actually stay with it.

(please aim somewhere between the ground and sky to get choppers as well,or even better aim near the enemy deployment and just walk away).

You also need to join up on voip and play together once in a while.

If I could get a squad that listened to me,I could take down the rest of FF quite easy

Every second of that game I was using a SOFLAM along with yass and someone else using a javelin. Air vehicles are just annoying

I would be up for a rematch as long as we had some "training" sessions in before hand, also i can fly jets (and choppers, just need a bit more practice) but i could do with some one else who can also fly an air vehicle to help support me (being the only target in the sky makes it very hard

)

Also guys the key to flying on bf3 is to use a 360 controller

(mouse and keyboard for everything else)

@nepas. I think we just didn't have the right tactics as well as the inexperience, which was our downfall.

I'm gonna jump on some unranked servers over the weekend to try my hand at using jets and practicing some more in helis.

My mate asked to have a go on BF3 today, after he left I played for an hour, still low rank but had 2nd highest score, had such a good game I might have to start playing more regularly again, the game feels a lot better the second time around. Which is something bearing in mind it was amazing the first time.

Joined marsey on TDM earlier in the week and found out how bad the spawns are in 32 man games on it (worse than ground war on COD at times

)

Also jumped into some games with YAS and took his face off a few times with the sv98 close range on firestorm and had some fun with him in a tank on caspian border UNTIL it team switched me while i was in his tank and i just died....

Oh and does the platoon emblem thing on the platoon page annoy anyone else or is it just me? every time i see it i just cringe lol, emblems are EZ

You are really good with the sv98.

We were in the same squad as well, so I don't know why it switched you over. The Servers should be designed NOT to switch players over if they are in a squad.
