Whats the best cpu block?

Danger Den TDX or APOGEE?

Also, how does the MCW60 GPU water block compare with the Danger Den Koosah???

I'm using the APOGEE and MCW60 on my system, both perform great. I haven't comared them to the blocks you're looking at, but they out perform the Storm with a Polarflo GPU block in the loop which they replaced in my system.

What is considered the best is purely subjective often enough. For example, favorites for very high flow, high head pressure systems would be the Storm or the MP-05 SP LE. Lower flow would probably be the Apogee and such. Also, the Storm gains huge benefits over other blocks if you take the IHS off of your CPU.

For the GPU, in general full cover blocks don't perform as well as ones like the MCW60 and DD's Maze4. Still, full covers give a nice clean look (imo) and the gap performance wise isn't too large. The favorite full-cover block are actually made by an XS forum member, Eddy EK. Here's a link to the website (full-cover blocks section): http://ekwaterblocks.com/shop/index.php?cPath=21_31_42

I know of severl people that HD full cover blocks and got rid of them, partly because of the weight and the other part because of performance. If you OC your video card (and who doesn't) you'll get much better temps with just a GPU block depending on the flow of your system.................;)

Where are you based mullet? I saw a TDX Silver on sale for about £40 somewhere (and yes thats solid silver).
