Best way to package a CPU

Ah.
I think this is more of a physics question. My head tells me that paper would be fine, as paper is not known for its ability to discharge static electricity. Wouldn't hold me to that, mind you.
Anti static bags have conducting material on the outside which absorbs and redirects any harmful electricity. So...a layer of paper with a layer of foil on the outside?

I'd try to do some googling, see what the search results bring. I could be completely wrong. I don't think I am....but I could be.

Did some googling, a few people said you it should just be fine wrapping it in a bit of bubble wrap and putting it in an envelope

if you´ve got cardboard somewhere you could make a little box for the cpu with a little papertowel cushion :)... then just wrap the box in bubble wrap

I agree with the Paper+bubble wrap idea.
thats essentially how I had my desktop hard drives wrapped when I had to get rid of my desktop. I miss it so much :<
