Im looking for a new ssd summit thats not gonna break the bank I did own a ocz vertex plus and it died I went thru 3 of them than I got my money back, Im looking for a 60gb in size I dont kno what other info I can give really apart from I want a new ssd that wont fail any time soon

If you don't mind using SATA 2 based SSDs as they're still very good on performance, I will recommend the Kingston V100 series. They've always been very reliable. They've just released the V200 series in line up of the new SATA 3 standard. It's backwards compatible with SATA 2 motherboards so all you'll see is SATA 2 limits in performance. Alternatives such as the Crucial and Mushkin drives are also very good and you'll definitely be happy with your spendings.

I keep forgetting about Corsair....haha.

Yup, the x2 SATA 3 ports will be more than enough for a single SSD or if you choose to use RAID in the future.

My friend bought a Corsair Force 3 60Gb SSD to use with smart response in his Z68 system.

It is unbeleivably fast compared to normal hard drives.
