i used to use ceramique with my 3200+, oc'd at 2.4GHz i had around 30c idle and 40c full load. Now with my new FX-55 i'm using arctic silver 5 and i'm getting 41c idle and a whopping 56c when playing F.E.A.R! i'm starting to think that maybe ceramique was better??? but then again there is alot of difference between an 3200+ and a FX-55, plus it is a Clawhammer FX.
