Best Method of flushing a rad?

Just got my water cooling supplies today, and I'm just wondering what is the best way to flush my rad? I've heard soap + distilled, vinegar + distilled, or just warm distilled. I've heard to fill the rad and let it sit for 20 min or so then shake and I've heard filling it and then immediately shaking it, and repeat 2-3x. So, what's the most effective way to do so, as I'm itching to fit everything .

fill shake empty repeat a couple times then run a flush for several hours to get finer particles out I use distilled and white vinegar warming the water wont hurt any at all.

About how much vinegar? I've heard 1/10 ratio vinegar to water.

you can use hot tap water, soap and/or vinegar mix...fill the rads, slosh them around really well, let them soak 5-10 mins, repeat. Do this at least 2-3 times, rinse well with tap water, final slosh with distilled.
