Best matx or matx bundle on the market (intel)

I was wondering what 1155 matx board is worth buying at this moment?

+Not bothered if it can not be upgraded to ivy bridge (building a itx on ivy bridge)

+Must have rear usb 3

+no crossfire/sli needed

+no over clocking needed

+sata 6gbs would be nice but not needed (I have a few ssds)

Was looking at some of the h61 boards but I was told there a bit naff

Any nice matx bundles you would recommend??
