These things need a grading. Something transferable from hsf to hsf - and not the sound-bite flow volume stuff u usually get.
Something like a reviewer holding a constant heat item at the cpu end of the hsf and a thermometer on top of the hsf - and the readings can be refered to by all hsf.
Or, heat the cpu end to a standard temp and record how long it takes for it to return to room temp. (of course the shorter the time the better the hs).
