Best CFM to DB Ratio?

Does anybody know a 120mm case fan that has the best cfm to db ratio?. Ive seen some fans that have crazy cfm like delta but sound like a jet engine and other that are silent but but little pull. Is there a best and do any have a good appearance as in LED's or color? I seen that color is lost when the performance is high.

Tbh mate you could just get any high end 120 and just reduce the speed of it to about 50% - 75% to reduce the noise. Like Sin said I like the CM Sickleflow fans, but I think they are a bit noisey at 12v, so I run mine at 7.5v and they are perfect and they're v.cheap to boot
