Look guys, if anyone wants to get this monitor and have used VA or IPS in the past, prepare yourself for some seriously POOR colours. This is a gamin monitor in a pure sense, gaming is AWESOME, responsive, no ghosting, tearing (I mainly play CS:GO with 128 fps, I move around like a person with epilepsy) But for any other use this monitor sucks.. It's OKish for occasional movie or such, but photo editing or graphical work is a big NO-NO...

I agree, I have the XL2420T and while being absolutely great for gaming (my kill-death ratio on BF3 improved greatly) it really doesn't show colours very well, as with all monitors of this type. I find this a daily problem as I game and edit photos on the same panel.
Remember IPS panels dont refresh as fast at the moment but I hope there will be advancements in the field soon. OLED???

Still, for gaming this monitor is splurge flippin nice
