Benq monitor issue

I recently bought benq monitor gw2450hm.
I noticed the problem only after some time when I changed desktop background...
Here some screenshots

anyone know what's the problem? and maybe all gw2450hm monitors got this issue? that's why they are selling them for 200$ or it's just industrial defect

That's some pretty terrible backlight bleed you've got there.
As it is so bad, it may be covered by the warranty.
