Before Buying A Fan Controller

My Case Came Wih 2 Fans That Both Have To Big Fat 4pin Molex Connections On Each.

I Am Wishing To Buy A Fan Controller So I Can Keep An Eye On Fans And Temp But Most Fan Controllers Have 3 X 3pin Connections And 1 X 4pin Connection.

How Do I Get To Plug My 4pin Molex Connections Into The 3pin At The Back, Would I Need A Type Of Extension? If So Where From.

I'd cut off the molex's and solder on some 3 pins.

Most connectors can be bought from kustom PCs.
