Hey there everyone, I recently got an i5-6600k and I had a few questions for everyone here. I know this processor has been out for a bit now so plenty of people have had the chance to mess around with it. I've been able to get a steady OC with just using the mult right now and I'm at 4.7 with no issues running anything and it's fully stable. Now, if I'm getting this right now at 1.3v max, do you all think I might be able to get lucky and touch a 5ghz OC or what? What is you're suggestion?
Oh I feel like I should add in some specs.
MoBo: MSI Z170 Gaming M7
GPU: MSI GTX 970
CPU Cooler: Corsair H115i 280mm Rad
1 140mm fan on back of case
3 120mm fan on front of case
The max temp I've seen out of my CPU is 60c, that's with doing benchmarks like Cinebench and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. I haven't tried running on Aida64 for long periods of time though.
