Battlefield 3 PEXON and Yass/ OC3D Clan Server

Well, whilst I am still sad about having to wait to build my pc at least it gives you lot the chance to catch me up in the skillzzz department though I'll probably have to take a year off to make it fair.

We had 8 players today, which is the most we've ever had. We need at least 20 players joining or there will be no server next month

It doesn't look too good at the moment. We need at least 20 people playing for the server to continue running, or else there's no real point. I'll have a chat with Pex and see how we should proceed.

It is hard to get servers going these days,TDM+ Metro may turn certain peeps off as it can be viewed as stat pad galore,but to use other modes,you really need to stick to a certain mode or advertise to a wide range and pray that you can drag in some peeps.
Interesting thing is,apart from "thatBfGuy" who is an Aussie,(sorry if I got the name wrong) most of the members of the platoon(Euro) do not seem to play,or seem to play as randoms(No offence,but if you are all going to go on randoms,why join the platoon?)
I know that you guys pay for this and there is no official support and hats off for making the effort!! BUT if you want traffic you need to advertise,as Battlelog sucks tbh.
As I am(kinda) in FF I know all your pain,we had a dedi box with plenty of space left for renting out to other peeps for BF3,but the market was not there,hell as it stands we are down to 2 servers(32 man) and these are going soon(we are restructuring the whole clan/server malarky).Weird as it sounds,but this game has done more to hurt clans than help.
TBH I am shocked at OC3D not having a server with this game(last one I remember was CoD4)guess we are not the community we once were(stop kissing your own arse Tom,sort it).

All we need is to improve the regulars to 8-10 people and have them populate the server, people will soon start joining and quick match players will filter through, people don't go in empty servers. Aria's community is awesome, they have less users, but their server is always populated. We need to get people in there regularly and I'm not just talking me, Yass, Hunta and Chris. There is no team-spirit or sense of community, I'm surprised that there is no OC3D clan server, the Steam group only has 150 odd members. I don't mind paying for it, its a few quid a month, but thats not the point. A litlle support, shout-out or whatever would help bring the community together. I wanted a Tribes Ascend server for us all too, but that game is nothing in terms of BF3's size and community, there would be no chance of that taking off. I'm trying to make a go of this with Yass, but the community doesn't seem to care.
