Guys! I have an issue with burning audio cd's, and i was hoping you could help me out.
Over the past week, i have burnt about six or seven cd's, and not one of them has burnt perfectly. They are all audio cd's, and not one of them is without a scratch/jump/skip. Some tracks come out fine, but others have seconds missing and it drives me mad!
I've tried writing the cd's at different speeds, slowest through to fastest. I've tried with and without the cd labels and such. I've tried 3 different cd players. And i've tried two different brands of blank disc, both equal in speed and volume.
I use Nero 7 Ultra, with a Sony DVD RW AW-G170A (IDE) optical drive. I have also tried CDBurnerXP, but this has also given me troubles with regards to the amount of tracks i can put on a disc.
Anyways, can anybody help me out? Would the skipping and jumping on the finalised cd's be down to the Software or Hardware?? Or could it be something i haven't thought about??
Please help a brother out, trying to drive to jumpy audio is unfuriating!
