Attention LAN Gamers!

Admittedly I am a bit unsure where to put this thread but this should be the right place for it eventually!


Hopefully if you have reached this thread you are someone who attends LAN parties.


I am in my final year at university studying product design and for my final project (worth half my degree) I have decided to design a PC case focussed towards LAN (i.e. a full size case that allows easy transportation to LAN events)


If you would like to help me out, all I need is a very short (1 or 2 mins max) 10 question survey filling out.

Your sixth question is rather confusing - When traveling to a LAN party, do you normally travel alone or with others attending the event?

The choices are either YES, NO or a Mixture of both

What would you be saying yes or no to? yes I travel alone or yes I go with others? same for no

I will ask my tutor regarding how much information I should realistically give out but a build log is definitely the plan - I originally posted this in the build log section until it was moved. That's fair enough though as obviously at this stage it isn't one.

Had some really helpful feedback so far; if anyone knows any other LAN gamers they can send this way I will be forever in your debt! (although maybe a build log will partially make up for it) ^_^

Results so far: Looks like there's a lot more casual LAN gamers out there than I thought!
