To be honest (if this source is correct). ATI's offering looks meager
Not looking too good.
Cost:
Again - far too expensive compared to the GTX. ATI won;t sell hardly any at that rate.
Benches in games:
The numbers show ity all. Frankly if this is correct: I'm very dissapointed. After waiting over 6months (later) then ATI planned the release, hearing the pipelines go down from 32 - 24 to 16 and then seeing the fact that at higher resolutions: the 7800GTX scales better than the ATI cards: I'm very annoyed at ATI. IF this information is true: there is not contest out there (especially at that pricepoint) and I see no reason for anyone to get a new ATI card or crossfire or use an ATI product.
Sound harsh? Get over it ATI and come back when you can offer something better.
