Ati DXVA registry tweak

Hi i'm running an ati 4670 (Sapphire Ultimate gddr3) was hoping someone can help me to enable DXVA on my secondary monitor? i believe this can be done by editing windows registry although i have struggled to find accurate details, and advice greatly appreciated.

I think that you can enable it with the software that your using then needs it

im pretty sure catalyst control centre has a option for that, im not 100% sure though i'll have a look though
