You know me so well XD

man that thing is freaking bad ass. its like a tank or the hulk or something. ive got a question. ive become a nerd about bios splash screens. can you post a photo of it? or rather tell me if its a 'little' gold tuf wing similar to the 'little' RoG emblem of the vi and vii boards? i have an msi gaming 9 and i hate turning it on. its so childish looking. i might switch it out for this board.

i found my new maximus vii formula replacement

bought 16GB of 2800 klevv cras memory already and this shall be my new motherboard

Settings on Sabertooth X99

Tom,

Awesome review on this really nice board. I'm new on this board and not sure if it's the right place to ask but here it is.

Any chances of you post or PM me the setting you used to get it OCed stable @4.5GHZ with 1.3v using an i7-5960X?

I already tried all of the settings that you have on your screenshots but I'm doing something wrong with cache or other settings I'm sure. I'm using 8x corsair dominator platinum 3000MHz memory.

Sorry to necro an old thread but Tom did you get adaptive voltage working on this by chance ?

On the RVE I had my 5930K running smoothly at 1.28v adaptive and on the Sabertooth I have to use manual voltage, If I choose adaptive it just doesn't work.

I used to run adaptive with my Sabertooth, worked fine. You might have to punch in the total value of voltage you want, instead of only adding what you'd want over stock voltage. Something you have to test, because quite honestly I don't exactly recall.

Edit: Edited because it was early morning and what I initially wrote was wrong :)
