EKWB customer service is non existent

I laugh every EKWB advert I see- they will never take my money again.
I had issues with a 2080ti Strix water-block and they were about as helpful as cancer
I’d rather eat razor blades than ever spend a penny with them again

I'm firmly in the "EK hate" club myself, their GPU blocks used to be absolutely PLAGUED with issues. Would only buy an EK GPU block if it were my last choice on earth.

im using an EK 2080ti block. Wont lie, its performing amazingly well. What i do not like now though, are the aethetics on these new blocks with that ridiculous WHITE section of the block for RGB. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

Why they do that I dont know. Luckily mine is black and is well hidden inside a dimly lit case.

This ASUS strip takes it to another level of bad looking blocks. For a standard orientation its hidden away, but for those with vertical mounts, I do not like it one bit.
