I'm really looking into the UD4 but the asus board looks good too. Seem to be pretty similar. Anyone check out the bios on these yet for overclocking?

I'm on the edge for the UD4 and a 2500k.

I think every bios and board available will give you at least a 4.5ghz OC

just got to wait for the bios to mature I guess

I would put it down to looks and the price tbh mate!

I went down the MSI C45 route and still waiting for it to get here.

One of the lower end boards but should do the jobs I need

I hear ya. To be honest I love the new Gigabyte black theme. Same price for either. Probably going with the UD4 but wanted to see opinions. Congrats on the purchase and Thanks for the advice bro!

end of the day. They both are cracking companies which sell high quality boards.

It is useless trying to separate them on bios's at the moment due to it been released only days ago

Ya I figured. Never know someone might have an inside secret lol.

i was going for the new Sabertooth, but too soon choosing one. Lets wait more reviews about P67 based boards.

I'm trying to get a review out on one of the boards i.e whichever I end up getting. All the boards released are about the same anyways. I'm waiting a little bit before ordering but not more than a week.

I bought the UD4. I hope to have it tomorrow

I chose this board because I have heard some bad things about MSI's MOBO's and because I always have had Gigabyte boards. Not a single problem with them!

+ it looks awesome!!

Care to elaborate on the bad things you heard?

Asus boards are really bad bios's atm apparently or so I've read. Same issues I had with an Asus I had years ago. So I'll be going for the GB UD4 for my PC. Should be reliable even if it hasn't got EFI which should change in an update later on.
