ASUS has implemented their ASUS Premium Service (APS) program for enthusiast-class motherboards. This program entitles users requiring RMA to cross-ship defective boards for replacement free of charge, ensuring faster service and minimal downtime.

Great news for people in the USA, but HELLO there's plenty of other countries out there that buy ASUS products too.

It feels as if only the US is being offered these type of 'premium' service.

...that's because they are, which is the crux of the problem. If ASUS provide this kind level of support to US residents, then it should be the same worldwide. Extremely unfair in my opinion, and one worthy of a petition methinks.
