Asus NVIDIA 7800 GTX Graphics Card

Hi, I bought this last year (not quite a year ago). Last week I went to NVIDIAS website and downloaded the latest driver for it (the reason I did this was because I was buying a new Widescreen Monitor (yes will be listed soon) and wanted to make sure I had the latest drivers for my graphics card). However after I had installed the drivers every time I now boot up my PC it comes up with the following error message:

"SLI MULTI GPU RENDERING HAS BEEN DISABLED" & "AN SLI CARD HAS BEEN REMOVED"

Firstly I have not removed any graphics card from my pc and also I have not made any other hardware changes to my pc. And I havent altered any of the NVIDIA settings. I have looked on NVIDIAS website but cant see much relevant info on my problem. Can anybody advise as to what this is all about and what I need to do ? Thanks

My PC config is :

Intel P4 3.6ghz, 2GB of RAM, ASUS P5GDC-V Deluxe Motherboard. I disabled the onboard Graphics Card when I installed the 7800GTX

Time to do a thorough driver cleaning. Used drivercleaner and remove all traces of nVidia drivers, possibly yank out the video card, then put it back in and reinstall all drivers. That should fix the prob.

Naw, was it a little balloon tip? That's a glitch with the newer drivers. That happend to a friend of mine with a 6800 AGP, lmao!
