Asus Maximus VI Formula, Sound Equal To Phoebus ?

I haven't tried it yet but was wondering what the sound is like on the above mentioned motherboard when compared to the Asus Phoebus ?

If anyone has any info regarding that would be appreciated, I ask because if the sound is pretty much the same as the soundcard I'll just sell the card.

I would check myself but I don't get home for another few days.

Again any information is appreciated

You cant compare a dedicated board to a soundcard.

I can hear the difference between a D2X and an essence STX - to me its night and day, depends how good your ears are and how educated they are too.....

Basically its down to if you want to spend the money. I personally can hear the difference. Especially with music.

If you like quality audio then its a no brainer, the Pheobus is a bit shit for music though. Really depends on the rest of your set up tbh

Well I only really game on my rig so music isn't a big factor
I don't have the best hearing so I might not even notice a difference between the SupremeFX and the Phoebus.
