Asus M4A78T-E vs Asus M4A79-T Deluxe

I am currently in the proccess of building a new PC with an AM3 processor, every other component has been decided and now i am just stuck on which MB to get. The choice is between the 2 motherboard stated in thread title,

I am looking for the motherboard which is going to give me the best possible stability and with the best quality/support from the S/PDIF, the onboard GFX isnt something which i necceseraly needed and the system will not be overclocked either, i purely need best stability and S/PDIF.

any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

I dont think that motherboard there is worth the extra 40 for a couple of extra features.

tbh mate the first one is as good as the 2nd one, but the 2nd has some extras
