Was poking about today for a board. Yeah I was up early, I'm literally losing sleep over this crap.

I have been likened to a Jack Russell Terrier. Basically once I get my teeth into something I will not let go until it's sorted.

Any way yes, where was I, the Asus M3A32-Deluxe.

I have been scouting the internet for about a week now looking for a 790FX based board. I want 790FX in AM2+ because this is the only chipset that supports dual/triple X16 full speed slots. Finding one? crikey, it's like finding a needle in a haystack. And when you do they're ridiculously expensive. There's a Foxconn on Scan for £135 and the only other ONE I could find was a Lanparty JR on Ebay for £90.

Scan do have a 790X but it splits into dual 8X which if I am paying that much (£80) I want full speed. Any way, after a week of searching I finally went to Dabs (over priced for the most part) and found an Asus M3A32-Deluxe used for £73 delivered. Which basically beats everywhere hands down. Even better this board is just absolutely ridiculous. Four PCIE slots, three of which will all do 16X if used together. The accessories were listed as all there so I ordered.

I found out why they had it about ten seconds later when I read the review. Basically the product code they were using was for that of the WIFI model that comes with a bolt in WIFI card and a ram cooling thing (that probably does bugger all but looks nice). So I would imagine one of the four reviewers (who all had the same complaint) returned their board, probably unused.

So any one used one?
