Not sure how to answer, but here goes...

Ambient: 29°C

Idle: 58C

F@H: 75-80°C (Stock 830MHz- top stable OC 959MHz, Nvidia auto fan ~50% ~2600RPM, the coil whine is more noticeable and annoying than the fans.)

The card will jump ship past 85°C.

Finally worked out how to get GPU Tracker V2 working tonight, and pretty much halved the processing for 500,000 steps (1%) for GPU folding. The old standalone GPU client was conflicting with GPU Tracker, and now finally I can see SMP folding at work ever if very slowly so.

Ambient: 27°C (The other day was a rather humid and slightly warmer.)

Idle: 37°C (Not even web browsing this time while I was letting the graphics card calm down to find the idle temp.)

Old standalone GPU client ~1min 30sec per 500,000 steps

GPU Tracker V2 3.52 ~50-40sec per 500,000 steps

PPD and MSI Afterburner screenshots

Stock 830MHz- 903MHz-

959MHz- 981MHz-

1010MHz- (Yes I know I typed 1030 when it clearly reads 1010)

Moral of the story... keep your F@H clients updated.

They run so much more efficiently, so much so that I ran from a stable but noisy (with extra whine) 903MHz to break the 1GHz barrier on auto fan for folding. But the 20,000 PPD is just teasing me.

Very very nice. Some good numbers there.
