asrock motherboards?

i was wandering has anyone has any experience with asrock motherboards are they good because i need to build a computer for my sister and just looking at a few motherboards ( A socket )

AFAIK, they are Asus's cheapo range. They are fine as long as you dont intend on overclocking much.
