Thoughts on the board? its full of features and looks very tasty... red and black with a sexy ass chipset heatsink. The board supports 3-way sli and all of that good shiz. anyway if anyone has any experience with the board then please leave a message bellow. thanks

20% of the board cost is most likely because it says "Fatal1ty" on it.

I haven't had any experience but I was going to get it when I recently did a P67 build. The reviews I read, basically said that Asrock aren't really known for quality motherboards, but the Fatal1ty was actually a pretty solid board. What it comes down to I guess is what you feel you'd be more happy with. If you have a windowed case and would be pleased with seeing the motherboard, then go ahead I'd say

Only reason I went for the Sabertooth is because I wanted an ASUS build and I needed to save money, it was $50 cheaper

ive had a fatal1ty board in the past, the old am2 one. still works today and still got a 2.2ghz cpu clocked to 3ghz and its still stable, but that was made by abit.

but i find that other fatal1ty stuff that has been made always brakes, like the mouse psu etc, the only things that hes put his name on that have been solid as been the an8 fatal1ty and the case they brought out.

best way to find out is type the board name and problem at the end of it and search it.

personally i would get a rog board or a sabertooth.

i was looking in the sabertooth... but im not sure the fatal1ty seems like it has more features...

more features doesnt mean its better, you gotta go with how flexible it is in overclocks or in general use. tbh the fatal1ty looks brilliant, tech specs are good. plan your computer for what your going to put inside of it, i will never use tri sli or xfire, cost is too much etc.

think on what your definately going to use it for and probable upgrades not possible. then decide which board you want, but if your really stuck you have 2 options
