Could someone with graphics knowledge (Photoshop, GIMP etc..) create me 3 pieces of graphics for my website?

Here is everything

This is only for dimensions, please do not follow the colour scheme, it can be anything!

Must be halo themed (banner), background can be anything.

BANNER, BACKGROUND AND MENU BAR MUST BE THE SIZES I HAVE SUPPLIED

Files:

Header:

Background:

Menu bar

The rest is all fine.

• Any colour scheme is fine...
  
• Size (pixels) needs to be the same as the original files I have given above
  
• High quality and in .gif format.

Menu = 190x30

At least that's what it shows me anyway.

Any font will do, as long as it looks professional

.gif files restrict the use of alpha channels.

Or in other words the transparency in a .gif file is either fully opaque or fully transparent there is no inbetween.

So I was hoping that I would be able to use a .png file instead.

I had thought that you would've wanted something that makes the header stands out.

Could you adapt a banner with the background? Instead of transparency.
