Try reapplying your thermal paste. Temperature differences between cores are expected, but yours differ by quite a lot.

i know it's a newbie thing to ask but I've just switched from AMD to Intel how much do you think i need to use?

A small rice grain sized blob in the centre, then use the pressure of the cooler to spread the paste.

What are load temps like?
When idling, sometimes windows will only use 1 core. Also, with EIST enabled is it possible one core may be running at stock levels while the rest have been stepped down to 1.6ghz?
If you stress test and there's still a big difference then I'd maybe be a little concerned. But it isn't like any of those temps are high enough to worry about.

Seem just fine. May I ask, what are you using to stress test? Those are really low temps.

I personally don't really see a problem then.
Maybe disable EIST for a bit in the BIOS and check idle temps? See if there's still such a big gap.
Considering you can go up to 105 degrees on Ivybridge before it shuts down (although you should only really go to about 90 degrees max) you're miles off that, so I wouldn't really worry.

Absolutely no idea...
Go into the BIOS and look around for EIST or speedstep, or 'Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology'.
It'll be somewhere in the BIOS...but having never used the board, I couldn't really tell you where. If you can't find it, have a look in the manual.

ok just done the overclock and the temps are the same as before, can't get over 4.3 i guess i didn't get a good cpu of i really need to learn more about overclocking...

What's your voltage? You might need a voltage increase to gain better clockspeeds.
