I have a kingston valueram KVR1333D3N9K2/4G. Specifications here: http://www.valueram.com/datasheets/KVR1333D3N9K2_4G.pdf
I've overclocked my system and could only let the memory run at 1200MHZ or 1500MHZ. Since I have 1333 memory, I choose for 1200MHZ.
CPU-Z tells me I have the following memory timings:
DRAM Frequency: 600.0MHZ
FSB
RAM: 2:8
CAS# Latency (CL): 8.0
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) 8.0
RAS# Precharge (tRP): 8.0
Cycle Time (tRAS): 22
Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC): 67
Command Rate (CR): 1T
Since i've never fiddled with the memory timings; I wonder if these are the optimal settings or which I should change in order to get better performance.
